Tutorials & Workshops

The library workshops offer an introduction to using Library and Internet resources and provide assistance with the research process. These sessions are hands-on, free, and open to everyone. The purpose of these workshops is to encourage and teach all Marianjoy staff to search databases, master the skills necessary to conduct literature searches, do research, and access full-text electronic journals. The library also offers workshops/sessions on Internet. The main purpose of these sessions is to teach the skills necessary to surf the Internet and find and evaluate information.
