Google "cheat sheet"	Visit the Google search page
Google is one of the most recognizable and popular search engines. It can be a good first choice when searching the Web. Google also has many useful specialty search engines and advanced features.

	Visit the Yahoo! search page
The Yahoo! search engine is an excellent alternative to Google. A new Yahoo! search features includes Local Search that can be used to search for local businesses. Yahoo! Bookmarks (login required) also allows you to save, organize, and share your search results.

	Visit the Ask.com search page
The revamped Ask.com now includes blog and news searches as well as dynamic functionality such as page previews, suggested searches, and result refinements.

	Visit the Teoma search page
Although Teoma's index is smaller than Google's or Yahoo's, it provides good results for most searches. Teoma also has a unique "Refine" function that suggests related topics based on your initial search.

This search engine aggregates results from a number of services including Amazon.com.

	Visit the AllTheWeb LiveSearch page
AllTheWeb LiveSearch suggests search terms and displays search results as you type.

	Visit the HotBot search page
HotBot gives you the option of searching their own database, the Google database, or the Ask Jeeves/Teoma database. Use the search box above to search the HotBot database, or visit the search page to have the option of switching between the three databases.
