Materials in the Marianjoy Medical Library

All Marianjoy staff, physicians, and residents are entitled to borrow materials from the library. An online record is created by the library staff for all library users. You are responsible for materials checked out on your library account.
Books from the general collection can be checked out for two weeks and audiovisuals for one week. Renewals are permitted unless otherwise stated. Materials which have been requested by another user may not be renewed. Availability status appears in the Library catalog and is clearly marked on each item.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for Materials in Other Libraries

Interlibrary Loan is a free service offered to all Marianjoy physicians, residents, and staff. The library is a member of the Fox Valley Health Sciences Library Consortium, DuPage Library System, and other regional and national networks. This allows the library to participate in the local, regional, and national networks, share resources, and borrow materials from other libraries.For further information on ILL, please click here.

Renewing and reserving Items

You may renew and reserve materials by calling the library staff at (630) 909-7090 or e-mailing the Library Staff.
